Is there a minimum age to attend SEATS Dubai Festival?
There is not. Everyone is welcome at SEATS Dubai Festival, regardless of age.
However, access under 21 years old in the VIP area is strictly prohibited.
Children aged 5 and above will be required to possess a valid purchased ticket.

If I am a minor, do I need to be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult?
Minors under the age of 16 must present parental consent and be accompanied by a parent/guardian while on the festival grounds.
Minors between 16 and 18 years old must present only parental consent, allowing them to enter the festival without a parent/guardian present.
Those aged 18 and above can enter without the parental consent and parent/guardian.
All minors under 21 will receive a Minor Wristband.

Will alcoholic beverages be available?
Yes, alcoholic beverages can be acquired inside SEATS Dubai Festival, but only from the dedicated licensed refreshment points. These refreshment points will be marked accordingly and be used exclusively for the sale of alcohol.

Is there a dress code for SEATS Dubai Festival?
There is no specific dress code required for USEATS Dubai Festival. Make sure to bring your best outfits.

Day tickets - how long are they valid for?
Day tickets are valid for an entire festival day, from 4 PM to 5 AM.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Of course! You can buy up to 3 tickets per order, but you can place multiple orders if needed.

How can I change the name on the tickets?
You will be able to do so through the Online Check-in procedure.

When will the QR Codes become available?
The QR Codes will become available in the week of SEATS Dubai Festival.

If I have a VIP Ticket, can I go to the General Access Area?
Absolutely! VIP Ticket holders have access to all areas.

How can I get my SEATS Dubai Festival Wristband?
To get your festival wristband, you will have to present a valid ticket and your ID or passport in hard copy.

Do I need to bring my ID/passport?
Yes, you must have a hard(physical) copy of your ID or Passport to collect your wristband.

Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you do not need to print out the ticket/QR Code.

Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
You will be able to do so only if tickets are not sold out by then.

How can I pay within the event?
Your festival wristband is your wallet throughout the whole event. Make sure to top it up, as soon as you get to the festival grounds. There are multiple Credit Points on site. We accept cash and bank cards.
How can I get back the money left unspent?
If you have unspent money on your festival wristband, you can opt for an online refund, starting from the 19th of February till the 23rd of February at 23:59. The refund form will be available within the app and the official website.
Can I give my wristband to someone else if I won’t be able to come for one day?
No, your festival wristband is personalized with your personal data. Each time you enter the festival, your wristband is scanned, and we confirm that the data on your wristband correspond with your data.

What items am I not allowed to bring to the festival?
